This is the 4th house I've sold over the years and my first time using Karen. I could not have asked for any better an experience - by far the best experience I've ever had buying or selling. Karen and her staff are incredible! Karen is the ultimate professional. I most appreciated her prompt responses to any questions that I had during the sale. She was also very helpful with helping to provide referrals for other service professionals that were necessary to complete the sale (real estate attorney, handyman, etc). I have and will continue to refer her with confidence to friends and family in the future.
